Originally opened in 1969 and now stationed at Tsim Sha Tsui's Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Hugo's offers authentic European dishes with a hint of nostalgia, made to suit the modern palate. Classic and timeless, Hugo's delicacies are created with the only finest ingredients available.
